What is WorkshopSkill?

WorkshopSkill is a free archive of ready-to-run workshop activity folders. Each folder holds a minute-by-minute run sheet, printable prop cards and a debrief script; assessment-type folders also carry a pre/post measure. Folders are filed by hand.

Are these workshop activities free for commercial use?

Yes. Every folder is released under CC BY 4.0: run it inside paid client work, print it for your own participants, adapt it or translate it. The only condition is keeping the attribution line. There is no account, no pricing page and no paywall on this site.

What is a pre/post measure and why do assessment folders carry one?

A pre/post measure is the same short questionnaire given before the session and again after it, so change can be shown rather than claimed. Assessment-type folders ship it as plain JSON with an answer key plus a printable paper answer sheet, and the folder page names the construct it scores.

Which activity should I pick for my first workshop?

Two Truths and a Lie: fifteen minutes, eight to twenty people, nothing to print, and a debrief sheet that says exactly what to ask afterwards. For an online room, Worst Idea First and Common Ground run without props as well.

Can an AI agent use these folders?

Yes. Each folder carries a SKILL.md manifest whose match fields are identical to catalog.json, so an agent can filter by category, group size, duration and setting, install the folder with one request and follow its prep steps. The three-step workflow is on the agent page.
