WorkshopSkill activity folders

the license · the limits · the safety line

Terms, in plain words

Everything in the folders is CC BY 4.0 — the short version: use it for anything, keep the attribution line, and don't blame us if the tower falls.

the content license

All activity materials — run sheets, prop cards, debrief sheets, assessment presets, in every language — are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. You may run, copy, adapt, translate, rebrand and commercialize them, provided you keep an attribution to WorkshopSkill (workshopskill.com) and indicate changes where you make them. Full license text is at the Creative Commons link.

the site itself

The WorkshopSkill name and the WS seal mark are not part of the content license. The site is provided "as is": while every folder is checked against itself — script, timings, prop sizes and the measure — before filing, we make no warranty that any activity fits your particular room, group or goal.

run the room, own the room

These are physical activities with real people: blindfolds, blankets, towers that fall. You — the person running the session — are responsible for the safety of your space: clear the floor, soft obstacles only, read the safety card out loud. The run sheets include the safety rules; they only work if you actually say them.

third-party services

The weekly email and the make-it-live tooling are operated by FormLM under its own terms. When you subscribe or build a live measure you are dealing with FormLM directly; WorkshopSkill folders themselves need none of it.

liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkshopSkill and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the materials. If a session goes sideways, the debrief sheets are right there — that is the extent of our remedy.

changes

These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this URL, and the effective date below tells you which one you are reading. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
