WorkshopSkill activity folders

what we collect · what we never touch

Privacy, in plain words

WorkshopSkill is a static site: no accounts, no cookies, no trackers. The short version of this page is that we have nothing to sell you and nothing to sell about you.

what this site does not do

  • No accounts, no logins — you cannot create one even if you want to.
  • No cookies are set, and no analytics or tracking scripts are loaded on any page.
  • No advertising, no third-party pixels, no fingerprinting.
  • Downloads are plain static files served straight to you.

where your data can leave this site — three places, all of them your choice

  • The weekly email. If you subscribe, the address you type goes to FormLM (formlm.me), which stores and sends the newsletter. Your address is used for the folder emails, and you can unsubscribe from any of them. That processing follows FormLM's privacy policy.
  • Make-it-live forms. If you build the live pre/post measure — via the FormLM template or formlm-cli — you are interacting directly with FormLM under your own account there. WorkshopSkill receives nothing from those sessions.
  • The live screen. If you put a folder's activity on the wall with QRCard-AI (qrcard-ai.com), your participants scan the code and answer from their own phones — their responses go to QRCard-AI, not here. Nothing reaches this site either way, but the answers are leaving the room: say so before the first slide, and reach for the folder's paper answer sheet when a room's answers should stay in the room.

Every other link that leaves this domain — the theory sources, the assessment sister site AssessWiki (assesswiki.com), the share buttons — carries no data out of the browser by itself. Click through and the other site's policy governs: if you take an assessment there, what you answer goes to them, not here.

server logs

Like any website, the servers that host this site may keep standard, short-lived access logs (IP address, browser type, requested file, timestamp) for security and operations. These logs are not used to profile you, are not merged with anything else, and are not shared or sold.

children

WorkshopSkill is written for working adults who run workshops. It is not directed at children, and no knowing collection of children's data happens here.
