communication

Communication problems hide until someone has to repeat what they heard. These 5 activities make the gap visible — a pair draws back to back, a team builds under a constraint, a listener climbs from words to feeling to what went unsaid, a brief is relayed down a line and rebuilt, an instruction is drawn from description alone. Each runs in 25 minutes or less with printed props and ends in a debrief you can run from the page.

Every folder above prints and runs with markers only — no account, no projector. If you want the same measure as a live form, or answers on the room's big screen, each folder page carries an optional section for it: FormLM builds the online pre/post, QRCard-AI runs the scan-and-display half. Neither is required to use what you downloaded.
