reviews

A retrospective earns its hour only if every card turns into an action with an owner and a date. These 5 folders each run a different cut of the same look-back — three verbs on one wall (Start · Stop · Continue), what could have killed the project before it started (The Premortem), what the team is done tolerating (The Not-Anymore List), the moment it tipped (The Turning Point), and what people felt (Mad · Sad · Glad). Each runs 15–30 minutes with printed props — no account, no projector.

fitting this into a 90-minute session

  • Retrospectives fail the same way everywhere: cards without owners. Whatever format you run, close the block with a named owner and a date per action — the debrief questions in the folder are built for that.
  • One folder is not an agenda. Fit it into the five-block shape in How to design a 90-minute workshop: wake them, run something real, protect the energy, run it deeper, send them out with a date on paper.
  • Compare by the room, not the category. The scenario shelves say what survives a video call, a 15-minute slot or twenty people: Quick & short, Remote-friendly, Large group.
  • The drawer grows. New folders land as they are filed — see what has been filed, or get them in your inbox.

paper first, optional after

Every folder above prints and runs with markers only — no account, no projector. If you want the same measure as a live form, or answers on the room's big screen, each folder page carries an optional section for it: FormLM builds the online pre/post, QRCard-AI runs the scan-and-display half. Neither is required to use what you downloaded.
