The room, projected
Every folder ships a human artifact — poker cards, answer sheets, a slide deck. QRCARD-AI adds the room-scale layer: live QR collection on the wall and a projector mode that turns collected answers into the slide you were going to make by hand. The skill prepares the paper; the projector runs the room.
What each side brings
- From the skill: the printable deck (
*-slide-deck.htmlpresents from any browser, speaker notes built in), the prop-card PDFs, the paper answer sheet for the no-phone lane. - From QRCARD-AI: a QR on the big screen, answers arriving as tiles you can advance one per keypress; a live counter and the story wall replace the flip-chart summary.
Prep it with your agent
one brief, two lanes
> prep paper tower for 16 people, projector available, > opener collected live, debrief on paper The skill's curl steps fetch: slide-deck.html, prop cards, paper debrief sheets. For the live opener the agent drafts the QRCARD-AI card prompts from the folder's own framing questions; you keep assessment.json for the pre/post measure (paper or FormLM — see the reports walkthrough).
Run of show
the hybrid mechanics
0-2 open slide (deck html, one keypress per point) 2-5 QR on screen: "two words, what blocks your team" [QRCARD] 5-25 paper tower — phones away, cards on tables [printables] 25-30 tower review + stories on the wall [QRCARD] 30- debrief from the folder, drawings and towers visible Backpack rule: every live card has a paper twin in the folder — if the room's wifi dies, the session does not.
Why not just slides?
Because collection is the content: the QR half is where the room tells you what it thinks, projected, before anyone claims the whiteboard marker. The skill half keeps the activity honest — minute-by-minute script, timing card, the failure modes written by people who ran the room badly once.

questions
Do the live responses feed the pre/post measure?
Deliberately not: poll walls are opinions at room scale, assessment.json is the same-items-before-and-after delta. Different instruments, different claims — the folders keep them separate, this guide says so twice.
Does QRCARD-AI need accounts for participants?
No — phones scan and answer; the host side holds the session. Free tiers and limits are on qrcard-ai.com.
No projector in the room?
The paper lane is the fallback by design: the deck html prints to A4, the QR prompts become the flip-chart question, the answer sheet does the rest.
