Workshop skills in Qoder
Qoder ships a skills mechanism with the Agent Skills convention baked in: folders of SKILL.md, matched by description, invoked when your task fits. A WorkshopSkill bundle is that format, already zipped.
Install
Personal skills go under ~/.qoder/skills/, project skills under .qoder/skills/ — the folder name is the skill name, which the bundles already use:

Use it
Ask the way you'd brief a colleague — constraints first:

Make it a team drawer
Commit .qoder/skills/ to the training-team repo. Everyone gets the same folders; when you swap a bundle for a newer zip, the manifest inside (version plus per-file hashes) tells you — and the team's agent — what moved.
Troubleshooting
- Skill not firing? Match the vocabulary: say category, headcount, minutes — the exact fields in the frontmatter.
- Want to see what's installed?
ls ~/.qoder/skills— or ask the agent which skills match a brief. - Chinese UI and users? zh bundles exist with localized descriptions — same install, Chinese printable filenames.

Project-level for teams (it travels with the repo); personal for your private drawer. Skill names collide; same name, project wins.
Does Qoder execute the curl steps?
Its agent has shell tools with approval gates — anonymous downloads run once you approve the pattern.
Can I build my own skill from these?
Yes — remix-a-skill shows the CC BY path: keep the shape, swap in your activity, ship your own bundle.
