# Workshop Feedback Form — License & Commercial Tiers

## Tier 0 — CC BY 4.0 (free, always)

Everything in this folder is free under CC BY 4.0. In plain language:

- **Run it for money.** Paid workshops, coaching sessions, keynotes, internal training — unlimited runs, unlimited participants, no per-seat fees.
- **Print without counting.** As many copies of the workbook, answer sheet, poker cards, poster and slide deck as your rooms need.
- **Edit and rebrand.** The deck ships as HTML. The PDFs are print-ready, not editable in place.
- **Translate it.** It ships in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese; add any language you need.
- **Build on it.** Extend the activity, write variations, feed the JSON into your own tools.

The entire price: keep the attribution line ("WorkshopSkill · CC BY 4.0" or a link to workshopskill.com) on what you distribute, and note your changes if you edit the content.

## Tier 1 — Single-event commercial license

For one specific engagement where CC BY's attribution requirement is a deal-breaker — a corporate client whose legal team won't approve third-party credit on materials, a marketplace bundle sold under your brand alone.

- Covers **one named event or one product listing** (your choice, declared in the invoice line).
- **No attribution required** on the materials for that event/listing.
- Includes the print masters as delivered (cards at poker spec, poster at A3) plus one round of help with the white-label swaps.
- Does not transfer the activity's IP: the name and materials stay WorkshopSkill's; you license their use.

## Tier 2 — Organization license (buy-out for a team)

For training companies, consultancies and L&D departments that will run or resell this kit repeatedly under their own brand.

- **Unlimited events and listings** within one organization (incl. subcontracted facilitators working for you).
- **Perpetual** — no renewal, no seat count.
- Includes the editable print sources of the card deck and poster on request, and priority on updates.
- Attribution requirement is waived organization-wide.

To buy Tier 1 or Tier 2: mail hello@workshopskill.com with the folder name (`workshop-feedback-form`), the event or organization, and the tier. Free stays free either way — nothing in Tier 0 moves.
