**What this is:** Two teams, one orange, one hidden fact each. Position-takers split it in half; interest-askers both walk away whole. Confidential brief cards and a pre/post measure included. 2 teams of 2–4 · 20 min.

## Print list, by scenario

- **In the room (20 min):** one answer sheet per person, the poker cards per table — first block before the session starts, second block right after the debrief.
- **Teaching or projecting:** the deck HTML on any browser — speaker notes on N, nothing to install.
- **Online:** the live version is two commands away in `SKILL.md`; the items are identical to the paper sheet.
