**What this is:** The retrospective that fits on one wall: every card is one verb — start, stop, keep. No card survives without an owner and a date. Three-verb cards and a pre/post measure included. one team of 4–8 · 30 min.

## Print list, by scenario

- **In the room (30 min):** one answer sheet per person, the poker cards per table — first block before the session starts, second block right after the debrief.
- **Teaching or projecting:** the deck HTML on any browser — speaker notes on N, nothing to install.
- **Online:** the live version is two commands away in `SKILL.md`; the items are identical to the paper sheet.
