# Paper Tower — Start Here

> One page, thirty seconds, then print and go.

**What this is:** Twenty sheets, one meter of tape, twelve minutes — the tallest tower that survives the book test wins. The build records how the team plans, shares and recovers. Judge cards and a pre/post measure included. 8–20 people (teams of 3–5) · 30 min.

## Print list, by scenario

- **In the room (30 min):** one answer sheet per person, the poker cards per table — first block before the session starts, second block right after the debrief.
- **Teaching or projecting:** the deck HTML on any browser — speaker notes on N, nothing to install.
- **Online:** the live version is two commands away in `SKILL.md`; the items are identical to the paper sheet.
