# Four-Styles Debrief

Four corners of the room, four plain names, and a team that spends forty-five minutes reading one real work situation from four points of view — the behavioral-style workshop without a certified test.

## When to use this kit

- A team replaying the same meeting friction — speed vs. worry vs. harmony vs. detail.
- A project kickoff where style differences are not named yet.
- A leadership or L&D workshop that wants a behavioral frame without selling a test.

## What is in the folder

| File | Purpose |
|---|---|
| `four-styles-debrief-prop-cards.pdf` | Poker-spec print sheet (63.5 × 88.9 mm, bleed + cut guides): master card, four style cards, watch-out card, branded backs and blanks |
| `four-styles-debrief-run-sheet.pdf` | Print edition: facilitator guide + debrief bound as one A4 document |
| `*-Letter.pdf` | US Letter paper size for the print documents in this folder — same content, bookmarks and a linked TOC in every edition |
| `four-styles-debrief-guide.md` | Facilitator guide: the model honestly, setup, minute script, failure modes, variations |
| `four-styles-debrief-debrief.md` | Debrief: read the four corners, six questions with targets, failure modes |
| `four-styles-debrief-license.md` | License in plain language — what you may do, what you must keep |
| `four-styles-debrief-activity-poster.pdf` | The whole session on one wall (A3): quadrant, names, clock, watch-outs |
| `four-styles-debrief-start-here.md` | Start here — pick your lane, file map, print list |

## Running it

Print one deck per table. Round 1: everyone reads the four style faces and moves to a corner in silence. Round 2: same-style huddles write their strength, blind spot and the thing others misread. Round 3: mixed tables take one live work case and produce four readings plus one move with an owner and a date. Close with the debrief questions — surprises only, one behavior per person before Friday.

## Run this activity with an agent

A facilitator can hand this whole folder to their AI agent. Install first — one command, and the folder any skills loader can pick up:

```bash
# install the whole skill folder, one command
curl -LO https://workshopskill.com/en/activities/four-styles-debrief/files/four-styles-debrief.zip
unzip four-styles-debrief.zip   # -> four-styles-debrief/SKILL.md + all files + manifest
```

The zip unpacks to a directory named `four-styles-debrief` holding this SKILL.md, every file it references, a manifest.

Individual files, if you only need some — anonymous, CC BY 4.0:

```bash
# 1. Get the printable style deck (poker deck, CC BY 4.0)
curl -O https://workshopskill.com/en/activities/four-styles-debrief/files/four-styles-debrief-prop-cards.pdf
# 2. Get the debrief sheet (six questions with targets)
curl -O https://workshopskill.com/en/activities/four-styles-debrief/files/four-styles-debrief-debrief.md
# 3. Get the facilitator guide (the model, the clock, the failure modes)
curl -O https://workshopskill.com/en/activities/four-styles-debrief/files/four-styles-debrief-guide.md
```

Everything above runs with no account and no login.

Useful preparation facts for the agent:
- Group size 6–24; above 24 split into two identical runs.
- Agenda math: self-type 8 + huddle 10 + case 15 + debrief 12 ≈ 45 minutes.
- The case must be live and real — a hypothetical produces theatrical answers.
- Nobody assigns a type to another person; self-typing is the safety rule of the whole session.
- The 90-minute version lifts the four card descriptions into a pre-survey (an online form with four labeled items works).

**Where to put the skill.** Drop the unzipped `four-styles-debrief/` directory into your agent's skills folder and it loads automatically: Claude Code `~/.claude/skills/four-styles-debrief/` (or `.claude/skills/` in the project), OpenAI Codex `~/.codex/skills/four-styles-debrief/`, Qoder `~/.qoder/skills/four-styles-debrief/`. No skills folder in your agent? Paste this file into the chat and ask the agent to follow it. Per-agent walkthroughs: https://workshopskill.com/en/skill-guides/

## Facilitation notes

- The facilitator self-types out loud, first, including the cost of their own corner.
- Keep the four names stable everywhere in the room; renaming into jargon kills transfer.
- "Between two corners" is a legitimate answer — name the splitting axis and move on.
- This is a lens, not a label: never let it enter a hiring or performance conversation.
